About the Role
In this role, you'll help bring the Apex story to life across our digital channels by assisting with video editing, content scheduling, creator coordination, basic design, community engagement and day‑to‑day content support. It's a hands‑on role with loads of variety.
What you'll do
* Develop and execute engaging social media content across Instagram & Facebook
* Monitor KPIs, engagement metrics, and trends to inform content planning.
* Create & manage Google ads, SEO's
* Monitor social media metrics and performance, and optimise content and campaigns accordingly
* Provide regular reports on marketing and social media performance
* Administration duties: Data entry, Accounts payable, Invoicing, Answering the phone, File management etc.
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media and marketing campaigns.
* Excellent written and visual communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
* Strong analytical skills to measure and optimise campaign performance.
* Hands‑on experience with social media management tools and CMS platforms.
* A creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
* Strong time management and multitasking skills.
