The Head of Department plays a pivotal role in supporting the mission of the school through effective leadership and implementation of learning programs.
This involves developing and implementing curricula that align with national, state, and local requirements, ensuring high-quality pedagogies are developed and implemented at all levels, monitoring student learning quality, analyzing data to inform decisions, building partnerships within and outside the school, and prudently managing available resources.
