We service the residential building sector from office and warehouse locations around Australia. Our product supply and installation services cover all types of insulation products, hot water solutions, air conditioning products, solar power systems, ceilings and drylining.
We are looking for an experienced Estimator & Scheduler with residential ceilings and drylining experience.
About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional, with responsibilities including:
* Liaise with our internal offshore operations company on estimations
* Liaise with builders on job updates and progress for the residential ceilings and drylining division.
* Maintaining project documentation and reporting
* Provide status updates reports on projects for forward planning
* Monitor client job progress for accurate invoicing
Skills & Experience
* Experienced in estimating and scheduling for residential builds - preferably including ceilings and drylining
* Experienced and proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Well developed written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a broader team
* Experience in the construction industry with working knowledge of construction processes
