The position will be responsible for the delivery of the exclusive and luxurious living experience Beachfront Residences Melbourne. As a vibrant hospitality qualified where exceptional customer service comes naturally, you will deliver superior and individualized service to each resident.
**Responsibilities**
- Always demonstrate a high level of customer service
- Build inter-personal relationships but professional relationships with residents and guests to assist in their everyday living
- Facilitating bookings for residents and their guests
- Delivering parcels and shopping to guests
- Assist with valet parking guest cars
**Skills/ Experience**
- Experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- A keen eye for detail.
- A pro-active “can-do” attitude with confidence to take on a variety of tasks.
