The Role This is a permanent part time position working 64 hours per fortnight. Please note, Total Catering Solutions is currently placed in Bassendean and will be due to re-locate to Wangara. Please see below for the roster. Monday - Thursday 7.30am-3.00pm and Fridays 7.30am-12pm! Key responsibilities Answer all incoming telephone enquiries promptly and professionally Processing of creditors invoices when applicable Maintenance of records and inputting / updating data using IT systems Processing of customer orders and produce relevant paperwork Manage all day to day enquires and administration tasks Produce and apply production labels as required Order and manage office supplies Provide administration support to other areas in the TCS office as required Any other duties within the remit of administration and receptionist Essential Criteria Evidence of COVID-19 and 2022 Flu vaccinations Intermediate MS Office Suite experience Successful completion of a Pre-Employment Health Questionnaire and references Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity) Experienced in record management (desirable) How to apply: If you are interested in this role and meet the essential criteria, please click the “apply now” button.
