Store Manager: Full-time
Job tasks and responsibilities
your key responsibilities will be:
* To give each customer an excellent shopping experience
* Keeping the store fresh and exciting with thousands of merchandise to be selected from
* Analyse and predict stock levels and order stocks accordingly
* Manage, support and develop a team
* Own the shelf via effective shelf management and out of stock reduction strategies
* Monitor and provide feedback to Team Members, ensuring they are maximising sales
* Reporting directly to the Business owners
Skills and experience
* Experience in managing a store or a team
* Passion about self- and team development
* Proven ability to deliver excellent operational management
* Merchandising experience
