Responsibilities
* Pre-organise job requirements (plans, field notes, dwg files) and pre-calculations
* Prepare plans from field, reduce and process survey data
* Liaise with clients to assess their needs, maintain relationships and deliver outcomes
* Manage junior team members
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Surveyor, with a strong understanding of surveying techniques and practices
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and lead a small team
Key requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics Engineering or TAFE equivalent
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Licensed Surveyor) and professional memberships (e.g., SSSI) are preferred
* Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites
