About the Role Reporting to the Head of Strategic Product & Digital Marketing, you’ll be responsible for leading the product marketing strategy for BOQ, VMA, and ME Everyday Banking portfolios. You’ll collaborate with key internal stakeholders - including Product, Digital & Performance Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand, and our Web teams – on creative and media strategies, ensuring integrated campaign planning to shape marketing programs that drive customer engagement and brand growth. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Planning & Execution – Define and implement strategic marketing plans for transaction and savings products. Creative & Media Strategy – Develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Commercial Acumen – Leverage forecasting, reporting, and analysis to optimise marketing performance. Customer Engagement – Drive engagement and acquisition through existing BOQ, VMA, and ME customer base. About you You are a strategic marketing leader with a deep understanding of brand positioning, customer engagement, and commercial performance. You thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment, balancing big-picture strategy with short-term business objectives. Your expertise in strategy, planning, forecasting, and analytics enables you to make data-driven decisions that drive growth. You have a strong commercial acumen, with experience in budget management, performance tracking, and reporting to optimize marketing effectiveness. Collaboration is at the heart of how you work—you’re adept at influencing stakeholders, working cross-functionally with teams like Product, Digital & Performance Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand, and Website to align marketing efforts with business objectives. You are a creative thinker, capable of developing compelling creative and media strategies that resonate with customers and differentiate BOQ, VMA, and ME in the market. Your ability to navigate complex challenges, adapt to shifting priorities, and lead with confidence makes you a key driver of success in this role.
