We're excited to announce a brand-new role as a Kitchen Administrative Assistant, supporting the Executive Chef team across the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Coopers Stadium, and The Drive.
Behind every unforgettable event is an exceptional kitchen team and behind that team is a highly organised professional who keeps everything running smoothly.
This is not your typical admin role. You'll be at the centre of kitchen operations, playing a critical role in food safety, dietary compliance, communication, and coordination helping the kitchen run smoothly, safely, and efficiently every single day.
This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role at the heart of live entertainment, food service excellence, and large-scale events.
You in the Role
You will be at the heart of our kitchen operations, supporting the Executive Chef team across the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Coopers Stadium, and The Drive. You'll ensure our kitchens run smoothly and safely, helping with ordering, data entry, invoice and purchase order processing, end-of-month tasks, and keeping accurate staff records and filing systems. You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance with the Food Safety Plan, managing stock and receivals, handling supplier returns and credits, following up on events, reporting maintenance issues, and keeping storage and loading dock areas tidy and compliant.
About You
You're organised, confident with systems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in accuracy, communication, and being the person others can rely on. Strong administrative and data-entry skills.
