We are seeking a highly distinguished Principal Research Fellow to lead progressive research in applied coastal marine ecology.
This role presents a unique opportunity to develop innovative restoration strategies, advance ecosystem services, and contribute to the long-term sustainability of critical coastal and marine environments.
* Based at our world-class waterfront facility, you will lead and contribute to impactful applied research focused on fish and crustacean habitat use, mud crab population dynamics and fisheries management, and/or seascape-scale ecosystem connectivity.
* You will secure external funding, publish influential research, and mentor emerging scientists.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated expertise in coastal marine ecology, with a strong track record of published research.
* Proven ability to lead and manage projects, including securing external funding.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
