Rocky Bay has a proud 85 year history in disability services and are seeking a motivated Team Leader to join our Supported Accommodation Team at our new Disability Accommodation home in Eden Hill
We're seeking someone with proven experience in a leadership role, but most importantly, we're looking for the right person and the right fit for our team.
What we are looking for:
* Can lead and manage a team to maintain high levels of performance and customer service delivery, ensuring a productive working environment with a strong positive culture.
* Experienced in disability supported accommodation leadership with a positive hands‑on approach to communicate effectively with individuals and their families/carers.
* Experience supporting people with challenging behaviours and high physical support needs.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated broad and diverse team culture experience.
* Demonstrate they communicate with all levels of the organisation in a prompt, articulate and approachable manner.
* Sound knowledge of NDIS funding, NDIS Quality and Safeguards and an inclusive person‑centred approach, understanding the importance of choice and control.
* Strong understanding of Active Support principles.
* Passion for seeing people reach their potential.
* Understands all leadership positions have required admin, compliance, reporting and general paperwork.
* Can build relationships with the team and their customers easily and quickly.
* Experience and or insight in direct support and the understanding of supporting people maintain their health and autonomy in their own home.
