**Who We're Looking For**: 
- This role would suit a qualified tradesperson looking to expand their knowledge base and develop their skills in Site and Project Management. It offers an excellent opportunity to step into a supervisory position, combining hands-on expertise with leadership responsibilities across a variety of projects. 
- You will be working one on one with Project Managers who have extensive skills in site management. 
**Key Responsibilities**: 
- Site supervising projects 
- Adhering to the plans, specifications, and construction program 
- Problem solving and advising on solutions 
- Coordination of the material delivery and resource allocation 
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers 
- Working daily with a Project manager 
- Documenting and following WPHS system on site 
**Skills & Experience**: 
- Commercial construction back ground prefered 
- Sound forward planning, programming and trade skills with the ability to meet deadlines. 
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills or willing to step up and learn. 
- Proficient communication and writing skills 
- Professional and personable presentation 
- Strong attention to detail 
**Skills & Experience**: 
- Knowledge of and adherence to Workplace Health and Safety regulations 
- Stability will be highly regarded 
- Full unencumbered Drivers Licence 
- White Card 
- Computer literacy (i.e being able to use the Microsoft Office Suite) 
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour 
Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week 
Work Authorisation: 
- Australia (preferred) 
Work Location: In person
