Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that their stay with us is nothing short of memorable.
Duties:
* Operate the telephone switchboard station to answer calls and monitor busy or unanswered lines.
* Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Contact the appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem.
* Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
Requirements:
* Award-winning property experience preferred but not required.
* Familiarity with the hospitality industry and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Possession of relevant certifications such as RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and I'm Alert Food Safety Certification.
