This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cook to join our food services team.
As an Executive Chef Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and catering services that meet the needs of residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and present delicious, well-balanced, and nutritious meals that cater to the dietary needs of residents.
* Ensure kitchen, dining room, and associated equipment and crockery meet required hygiene and compliance standards.
* Create and maintain a positive and cooperative working environment among staff members.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
* Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is essential.
* Previous experience as a Cook in Aged Care is preferred.
* Familiarity with modified diets is also beneficial.
