Responsibilities

* Lead day-to-day operations with excellence and efficiency.
* Partner with clinical leaders to uphold the highest care standards.
* Drive financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
* Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
* Foster a positive, people‐first culture through training and succession planning.
* Optimize occupancy, staffing rosters, and resident satisfaction.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

* Proven leadership experience in residential aged care.
* Strong operational management and business acumen.
* Passion for empowering teams and delivering outstanding care.
* Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and compliance.
* Excellent communication and emotional intelligence. (Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in Health Management or related field.)
