Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience in residential aged care.
* Strong operational management and business acumen.

* Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and compliance.
* Excellent communication and emotional intelligence. (Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in Health Management or related field.)
