In this role, you will have a passion for delivering a variety of home cooked meals, including desserts, cakes, soups and sandwiches to our diverse community.
You will deliver within all aspects of the catering service at our home including budget control, ordering and storing of food items and supporting the direction of kitchen staff.

The requirements | What it takes to do this work
You'll hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant skills
You'll have demonstrated experience in the preparation of fresh bulk cooking
You'll have demonstrated ability to order stock within budget guidelines
You'll have strong understanding of food service compliance and the requirements within the NSW Food Authority
You'll have demonstrated experience in the Aged Care Industry
