* Communications Skills - Excellent verbal skills with strong attention to detail
* Teamwork - Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together
* Practical abilities - Previous retail/customer service experience is required. Optical experience is highly desired, however full optical training will be provided
Tasks & responsibilities
* Support optometrists and audiologists with pre-testing
* Offer our customers frame styling advice
* Dispense glasses with various lens options
* Build strong rapport and create a memorable customer journey
