Salary: $140k - $170k+ (plus super) dependant on experience
We're partnering with a well-established, privately owned construction business with a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects across building, formwork, steel‑fixing, and concreting. They are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead the delivery of projects up to $20M, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency at every stage.
About the Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of your projects from planning through to handover. You'll work closely with the Site Manager, Contract Administrator and Senior Leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage the full project lifecycle – planning, procurement, delivery, and handover
* Monitor budgets, progress claims and variations
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
* Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
* Support and mentor site teams to maintain momentum and problem-solve issues
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a hands-on, proactive Project Manager with:
* MUST HAVE Strong experience delivering construction projects up to $20M+
* Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
* Strong commercial skills – cost control, procurement, reporting, contract management
* Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities
* A solutions-focused approach and excellent communication skills
* A passion for delivering high-quality, safe projects
