About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Major Account Manager to executive the strategic sales plan & provide full service & support in the delivery of our contractual obligations.
In this role you will: -
* Act as primary point of contact for our major customers & contracts
* Work closely with the Business Development team to manage existing customers, grow business & achieve financial objectives
* Lead internal & external communications in relation to service, delivery & price for our major contracts
* Ensuring all KPI's are understood, communicated & achieved in accordance with contractual obligations
* Complete all required internal & external reporting requirements
* Attend customer meetings & carry out customer presentations in relation to our service offering & contract deliverables
* Support the planning & coordination of resources required for effective & efficient delivery of contractual requirements

* High level of commercial acumen & awareness
* Strong reporting & analytic skills
