Social Worker/Occupational Therapist Grade 2 - CATT/EPS/Triage
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker/Occupational Therapist to join our Crisis Assessment Team/EPS/Triage as a Clinician.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique and diverse role that branches across four main areas – Crisis Assessment and Treatment, Triage, Emergency Psychiatry and APACER. As a valued member of our team, you will provide support across each stream depending on demand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide assessment and treatment services to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and promoting recovery.
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver timely and effective care.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
* Contribute to the development of practice guidelines and protocols to enhance the quality of care.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate who possesses approved tertiary qualifications and registration with the Occupational Therapy Board via AHPRA; or eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers.
Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience and previous work within an acute community mental health setting are essential. Drug and alcohol experience is highly regarded.
