What role will you play?
In this dynamic role, you will ensure the seamless execution of customer and account maintenance, as well as the resolution of payments-related requests. You will collaborate closely with the contact centre and various internal stakeholders and play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering high-quality service.
