About The Role
We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers in Melbourne to join a premium, concierge-style Onsite Shared Support Service Model, delivering consistent and high-quality care to clients with complex needs. This is not your standard shift-work role. We are looking for dedicated people who value continuity of care and are available to work longer shifts as part of a 24/7 rostered support environment.
Your Role
You will provide hands‐on support to clients with complex and high-needs care requirements, including:
* Personal care
* Manual handling
* Medication assistance
* Domestic support
* Community access and social participation
This role requires confidence, initiative, and the ability to respond calmly and professionally in a dynamic environment.
Available Shifts
* 08:00 am – 02:00 pm
* 02:00 pm – 08:00 pm
* 08:00 pm – 08:00 am (4 hours active, 8 hours passive)
What We're Looking For
We are seeking Support Workers who are experienced, dependable, and passionate about making a real difference. Candidates should have excellent communication and documentation skills and a proactive approach to care.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* A minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care or similar)
* Previous experience supporting clients with complex or high-needs care
* Flexibility to work long shifts, including overnight and weekend work
* Confidence working within a 24/7 rostered care model
* A proactive attitude and willingness to step in where needed
* Genuine compassion and commitment to person-centred care
Essential Requirements
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Manual Handling Certificate
* Assist with Medication Certificate
* Current National Police Check
* Smartphone compatible with company systems/apps
Depending on the client's support needs, a valid driver's licence, insured vehicle, and Working with Children Check may also be required.
