**What You’ll Be Doing**
This is a key operational and clinical leadership position, overseeing a modern, well-equipped day hospital that delivers services in **endoscopy, ophthalmology, and general surgery**.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Full operational and financial accountability
- Building strong relationships with VMOs and key stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement in patient care and compliance
- Managing workforce planning, recruitment, and development
- Creating a positive, patient-focused workplace culture
**What We’re Looking For**
- AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse
- Strong perioperative background
- Previous experience in a senior leadership role (DON, ADON, NUM)
- Proven expertise in quality management and accreditation standards
- Commercial understanding with demonstrated P&L; experience
- A natural leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for driving innovation and service excellence
