What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional who:
* Can commit to shifts between the hours of 7:00am - 9:00am and 2:30pm - 6:00pm
* Has a genuine passion for working with children and families.
* Understands the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework, and My Time Our Place Framework.
* Has strong leadership skills to create diverse and inclusive learning experiences.
* Is committed to maintaining a child-safe culture and high safeguarding standards.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience working with children over preschool age.
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent (preferably).
* Foundations of Child Safety Training Course 1 & 2.
* Current WWWVP Check (or willingness to obtain).
* First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
* Driver’s License.
* Experience with additional needs children (desirable).
