Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Australian market.
This remote role involves acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and positioning Veemi Accounting as a trusted outsourcing partner for accounting and finance solutions.
The ideal candidate thrives in a performance-based environment and can independently manage the full business development cycle from prospecting and pitching to onboarding and client retention.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Australian market.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients.
Prepare and deliver customised proposals and presentations.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Consistently achieve and exceed business growth targets.
Qualification
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services industry preferred).
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results.
Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
Entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on performance and measurable outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
