We are looking for an Internal Sales Manager, to oversee Operations of our call centres across WA, SA and NT (8 direct reports) to become a key member of our team, based in Jandakot, Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment, where your contributions will make a real impact for our customers.
You will play a key role in motivating, coaching and inspiring our team to deliver excellence in Sales and Customer Service by providing ongoing support, training, direction and feedback. As well as supporting internal and external stakeholders during an exciting journey of change and growth.

About You: You bring a results-oriented approach, and a clear understanding of how your teams contribute value to both customers and internal stakeholders.
You will play a critical role in organisation-wide initiatives aimed at improving and standardising service across the Tyremax network.
