Early Intervention Specialist
The successful applicant will oversee and support decision making, problem solving, and project work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering targeted interventions to young people.
Key role in supporting and guiding a team to develop and implement effective strategies to strengthen identity and positive narratives for young individuals.
* Lead and mentor other team members to achieve established outcomes.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to provide front line services to young people.
* Prepare high-level written documents, manage administrative information, and undertake case management activities.
