**About the role**
With new investment and an ambitious growth plan, we are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager Australia & NZ to join our team to help drive a culture of exceptional performance through the delivery of timely and relevant payroll and associated remuneration programs across TTIANZ.
**Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture Australia & NZ, you will be responsible for**:
- Provide expert payroll leadership and advice aimed at creating and maintaining a culture that attracts, inducts, engages, develops and retains talent
- Develop and execute continuous improvement plans and automation across the Payroll team
- Ensure all payroll and fleet deliverables are met on an accurate, timely and consistent basis
- Overseeing the governance, controls and service levels for payroll and fleet management to ensure qualitative and quantitative standards are upheld
- Observing and responding to economic, legislative and other issues which impact on the efficiency of TTIANZ payroll and remuneration strategies
- Provide mentoring and leadership to direct reports, ensuring that all the team are adequately trained and supported in their roles
**About You**
You will have a proven track record in a similar Payroll Management role and the following skills/attributes:
- Significant industry experience obtained within finance, compensation, benefits and/ or payroll teams
- Demonstrated leadership ability and/ or ability to provide clear and justified direction to key stakeholders
- Sound influencing and negotiating skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, payroll or other relevant business field would be well regarded
