Responsibilities:
* Own and implement sales strategy for the Mid-Market segment nationally
* Establish competency frameworks and sales process consistency across teams
* Coach and mentor frontline leaders and account executives
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery to align GTM activity
* Monitor pipeline health, customer satisfaction, and sales velocity metrics
Required Skills/Qualifications:
* Senior sales leadership experience within telco, ICT, or B2B tech sectors
* Demonstrated success in building scalable sales structures
* Strong coaching ethos and ability to uplift team performance
* Experience across multiple states/regions in Australia is highly preferred
* A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Salary:
* $180,000 per annum
