As Business Development Manager, you will be out in the field building relationships, winning new accounts and growing trade partnerships that drive real revenue through the store. You will own your territory. That means prospecting, cold calling, visiting job sites, meeting decision makers and positioning the business as the go to supply partner. You will work closely with the Commercial Manager to align pricing, stock and strategy, but the growth engine is you. What You'll Be Getting Up To: Hunting for new trade business and building a strong, active pipeline Strengthening relationships with existing account customers Negotiating pricing and commercial terms within agreed frameworks Keeping a sharp eye on competitors and market activity Tracking performance and staying accountable to revenue targets Representing the business at industry events and within the local trade community This role suits someone who enjoys the chase, backs their ability to build trust and wants their performance to directly impact store growth.
