About The Role
We're looking for a Clinic Administration Officer/Medical Screener to join our Kewdale Clinic on a Full‐Time basis, working 38 hours a week. Reporting to the Practice Manager, this role offers a dynamic environment where you'll be managing a variety of tasks and responding to the diverse needs of clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Reception and general administrative tasks
* Managing medical bookings and appointments
* Handling results management and follow‐ups
* Administering health questionnaires
* Conducting preliminary medical assessments
* Collecting specimens and supervising Drug and Alcohol Testing
* Performing Audiometry and Spirometry tests
* Processing invoices
What We're Looking For
* Be highly organised with strong administration skills
* Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
* Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high‐quality service to clients and staff
Previous experience in a medical or clinical environment is highly desirable, but not essential—full on‐the‐job training will be provided.
