Your new role
As a Principal Software Engineer you'll play a key role in designing and delivering a greenfield GenAI-powered product. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence, uplift engineering practices and shape the future of digital banking through scalable, secure and intelligent solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in designing and developing microservices, APIs and engaging UI using modern frameworks
Hands-on expertise with GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and AWS Bedrock
Strong background in cloud-native development, ideally in AWS
Solid understanding of Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices
Ability to mentor and uplift junior engineers while solving complex technical challenges
Experience in the banking domain is highly regarded
