This role combines front desk reception duties with general office administration to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace.**Key responsibilities*****Front Desk & Reception:**** Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner* Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly* Maintain a tidy and organised reception area***Administration & Support:**** Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries* Maintain office supplies, stationery, and equipment* Assist with filing, data entry, and record-keeping* Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings* Support internal communications and team coordination* Provide administrative support to onsite legal team**Personal attributes*** Proven experience in an administrative or reception role* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong organisational abilities* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)* Professional appearance and a positive attitude* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.* Friendly, approachable, and reliable.* Able to work independently and take initiative.* Calm under pressure with good attention to detail**Rewards and Benefits:**We believe in supporting our employees in both their professional and personal lives.
