About the role: Our client is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join their Cranbourne center on a contractor basis. Flexible hours are available, including evening and weekend sessions for those who prefer them. In this role, you will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to clients with diverse communication needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed assessments of speech, language, and communication skills Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide direct therapy, including speech articulation, voice, fluency, language development, and social skills training Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including traditional therapy, AAC, and technology-assisted interventions Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers Maintain accurate and timely clinical records Essential criteria: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Speech Pathology Current or eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia Active ABN Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Highly motivated with a positive attitude Willingness to work across all age groups Join a supportive, innovative team and make a real difference in the lives of individuals and their families.
