About the Role
* We are seeking a dynamic Programs Coordinator to lead our daily operations, grow community connections, and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities :
* Manage the day-to-day activities of our gymnastics programs.
* Recruit, train, and roster coaching staff members.
* BUILD relationships with local community groups.
* Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards are met.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.
What You'll Need :
* An intermediate or higher Gymnastics Coaching Accreditation.
* A valid Working with Children Check (or equivalent).
* A National Police Check.
* First Aid certification.
* CPR certification.
Preferred Skills :
* Strong leadership and coaching ability.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Knowledge of gymnastics and local council initiatives.
