About the Role

At Juniper, we are committed to supporting older Western Australians to live life to the full. As part of our People & Culture leadership agenda, we are implementing a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to strengthen workforce capability, compliance and data‑driven decision‑making. We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Project Manager for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to lead the end‑to‑end implementation of Juniper's new HRIS, delivering the project within scope, time and budget while meeting governance, quality and compliance expectations. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role sits within People & Culture and operates under Juniper's Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Framework. You will work closely with the PMO Manager and Technology Program Lead, engaging stakeholders across ICT, Payroll, Recruitment, Rostering, Finance and Operations to ensure successful delivery and adoption.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of Juniper's HRIS in line with the PMO Framework, from planning through to delivery and transition to business‑as‑usual.
* Develop and maintain all required project documentation and governance artefacts, including project plans, budgets, RAIDV logs, benefits registers, status reporting and lessons learned.
* Manage the HRIS vendor and coordinate delivery against agreed scope, timelines and quality standards.
* Provide regular progress reporting to the Executive Sponsor, PMO Manager and Technology Program Lead.
* Work collaboratively with ICT, People & Culture, Recruitment, Payroll, Rostering, Finance and operational teams to gather requirements, manage dependencies and support delivery.
* Oversee data migration, system integration activities and testing to ensure compliance, security and data integrity.
* Support change management, training and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation and user uptake.


Key Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* PMP or PRINCE2 certification (desirable).
* Proven experience delivering HR system or HRIS implementation projects.
* Strong experience managing vendors and complex system integrations.
* Demonstrated success delivering projects within scope, time and budget.
* Experience in aged care, health or not-for-profit environments (desirable).
* Familiarity with systems such as IntelliHR, Chris21 or similar (desirable).
* Excellent project management, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capability.Ability to manage competing priorities in a structured, governed environment.
