About the Role
The primary objective of this position is to manage and oversee all aspects of a Co-Development Project for a Transitional Accommodation Program. This involves acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring project scope, scheduling, governance, activity completion, progress reporting, and contract requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan that aligns with project objectives, milestones, outcomes, contractual obligations, and governance standards.
* Establish and manage a Strategic Communications and Engagement Plan to promote project alignment with partnership values and organizational goals.
* Maintain project governance requirements, including supporting the Project Reference Group as needed and in consultation with senior management and PRG Secretariat.
* Oversee the project timeline with all project partners to ensure phased activities are completed and stakeholders have a clear understanding of project progress.
* Prepare and present project reports for internal and external stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with the project plan and achievement of milestones in third-party sub-contracts.
* Design and implement contractual reporting systems and structures to meet project oversight, management reporting, and contractual obligations.
* Provide guidance and support to seconded staff in achieving project milestones and operational activities.
