As such we are on the look out for a Senior Sales Director to drive further growth in our Enterprise vertical.
Role Purpose
The Senior Sales Director – Enterprise is responsible for driving AutoGrab's growth into key enterprise customers. This role owns the full enterprise sales cycle end-to-end: opening doors, building senior relationships, shaping complex solutions, closing revenue, and ensuring delivery lands successfully.
This role will retain direct ownership of enterprise customer relationships from initial engagement through to execution and value realisation. This is a senior, externally focused role that combines new business development, industry leadership, and hands-on deal ownership.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all aspects of AutoGrab's growth into priority enterprise accounts
* Own enterprise revenue targets and ensure delivery against plan
* Drive net-new enterprise opportunities while deepening strategic partnerships
* Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first engagement to close
Senior Relationship Management
* Build and maintain trusted relationships at C-suite and Board level
* Act as the senior face of AutoGrab across key enterprise segments
* Represent AutoGrab at industry forums, partnerships and strategic discussions
* Uncover complex customer pain points and develop tailored, solution-led proposals
* Translate customer needs into commercial, technical and operational requirements
* Work closely with Product, Technology and Sales Manager to shape delivery
* Maintain ownership of customer outcomes post-sale during early growth phase
* Ensure enterprise commitments are met and risks escalated early
Experience & Capability
* Proven success selling complex solutions at enterprise level
* Demonstrated experience engaging C-suite and Boards
* Background in Finance, Banking, Insurance, SaaS or adjacent enterprise sectors
* Strong ability to understand complex systems, data and workflows
* High attention to detail with strong execution discipline
* Ability to build trust in both warm and cold enterprise environments
