In this job you will:
As a Senior Business Analyst at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grew professionally. Use your strong analytical skills to drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology.
* Analyse and reporting of performance - develop automated reporting formats
* Detailed data analysis on SKU behaviour to optimise productivity in an automated picking system
* Proactive Qualitative analysis and business Insight
* Numerical analysis of raw data into accurate reports
* Analytical problem solving and system planning; identifying opportunities for improvement
* Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders
* Plan and assist in ensuring customers efficiencies are improved and maximised
Qualities & qualifications:
* Advanced MS Office; specifically MS Excel and MS and Access
* Previous experience in business analysis or process analysis
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
* Experience within an automated retail warehouse solution
* Advanced analytical & problem solving skills
* Experience within a 3PL environment and good warehouse knowledge
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently
* Analytical and operational reasoning with the aability to generate and support innovation
* Personal resilience. Able to sustain a high level of energy and positivity during pressure
