Must have at least 3 years experience in a high end environment where etiquette and attention to detail is imperative
Ability to train/mentor other staff
Extensive wine knowledge
Currently open Thurs - Sun lunch and dinner
Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification and RMLV
