We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to lead major change initiatives and deliver high-quality employee-focused payroll services.
* Maintain staff records, provide documentation, and offer advice on leave entitlements and agreements.
The successful candidate will have expertise in end-to-end payroll functions, legislative interpretation, compliance, and employee support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering payroll services with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Providing coaching and training to supervisors and managers on payroll practices.
* Identifying improvements to current payroll systems and processes.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification and relevant payroll experience.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing competing priorities within short timelines.
Benefits:
* Base salary $81,837 - $97,646 per annum.
