To continuously support this vision, we are now seeking an experienced **General Manager/Dealer Principal **who is looking to join a growing group with the potential for a long-term career. Position is based in **Lismore** northern NSW.

- Demonstrated ability to maximise CSI results
- Staff management experience
- Strong sales and fixed operations background

**What the role entails**:
- Exceeding targets by appropriately planning and directing activity within the dealership
- Maintain inventory control system that meets the needs of the dealership and customer
- Coaching, leading, and directing a team of successful staff
- Establishing both long and short term goals
- Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
- Actively managing manufacturer and stakeholder relationships
