About the role:
Specsavers is embarking on a major project to rollout the Clinical Device Integration (CDI) solution to automate the transfer of patient data into Socrates the Patient Management System (PMS) across our Australia stores which includes:
* Upgrading the servers to the latest software set required for integration and improve supportability,
* Updating the switch to improve security standards for patient data transferred via clinical devices
* Setting up the Clinical devices to connect and integrate in back-end systems into the PMS
We're seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager by managing essential documentation such as site readiness checklists, project plans, reports, risk registers, rollout schedules, and budget tracking. In this role you will coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and staging of equipment, and manage stakeholder communications before, during, and after site upgrades.
About you:
* You will have a minimum of 1–2 years' experience as a Project Coordinator working on technology projects (essential)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders and store teams (essential)
* Intermediate Excel skills are essential
* Experience rolling out projects across multi-site retail operations (preferred)
* Strong organisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* Experience supporting diverse retail IT projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery, and coordinating people and resources.
* Strong problem-solving skills to achieve project objectives, paired with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
