An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join our Banking & Finance team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Sydney Banking and Finance team on a permanent, part-time basis (3 days per week). As a Legal Assistant, you will display a willingness to learn and have exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities will include the following:

* Answering phone calls and assisting with client enquiries;
* Preparing legal documents;
* Diary management;
* Dictaphone typing;
* Billing;
* Mail merging documents and formatting;
* File management; and
* Data entry.

Who We Are Looking For

Ideally you will have at least 1 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant, and preferably have some experience in finance, property and/or commercial space. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and diary management skills, with a client service focus. You will be proficient in Microsoft Suite and formatting, as well as good typing experience. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, have good attention to detail and a proven history of meeting deadlines.

Our ideal candidate can work Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
