About the Role
As Channel Sales Manager, you will own the development of WA channel strategy, managing distributor and retail accounts while driving new opportunities. This role requires a mix of sales execution, partner management, and strategic planning to ensure continued market growth and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing distributor and retail accounts in WA
- Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and joint business plans with partners
- Identify and onboard new distributors and retail outlets to expand reach
- Monitor category performance, competitor activity, and market opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and in-store visibility
- Represent the company at trade fairs, distributor events, and partner forums
Your Background
- Proven experience in channel sales or key account management within consumer goods, FMCG, or wholesale distribution
- Knowledge of WA retail and distribution networks
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Commercially astute, able to deliver growth and meet sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
