Grants Officers required - full time hours, temporary contract

**Your new role**
As a Grants Officer, you will be at the forefront of driving positive change by managing grants and funding programs. Your role will involve program administration, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines. If you're passionate about fostering community well-being through sports and recreation, this role is tailor-made for you Duties include but not limited to:
- Provide high-level support to the Project Manager Operations in delivering the grants program.
- Engage with the grants program managers to provide support and guidance on the development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of grant programs.
- Develop and contribute to a range of communications, including responding to enquiries, writing Ministerial briefs, developing resources for internal and external audiences and web publishing.
- Support the development and coordination of templates, tools and resource for grant management including the use of grant management and information management systems.
- Upkeep and quality assure of unit specific information including, spreadsheets and tracking of a range of documentation including grant management, minutes, agendas, invoices and general correspondence.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in business processes, information systems, data management, practices, procedures, organisation and equipment.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in grants management, program administration, or related fields. Capabilities with SmartyGrants will be highly regarded.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage complex processes with precision.
- Autonomy: Work independently within a dynamic team environment.
