About the Role:
We're looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our growing team based in Darwin, NT, to provide essential therapy services to clients with speech, language, and swallowing difficulties. This role offers an exciting blend of clinic-based work and community visits, with a strong focus on working across the lifespan, from children to aged care clients. You will have the opportunity to work in East Arnhem and Katherine, supporting a diverse population, while collaborating with an experienced team that includes Occupational Therapists and an AHP Assistant .

Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose, evaluate, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
* Develop personalized therapy plans for clients of all ages
* Monthly travel to East Arnhem and Katherine (3-day visits)
* Work in collaboration with OTs and other team members
* Maintain detailed records and report client progress
* Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and organizational policies
