About the position
Corangamite Shire Council is seeking an ICT Helpdesk Support Officer to join our team.
The main responsibilities will include:
* Providing efficient, high quality and effective administration, development and support of Council's ICT resources.
* Delivering strong customer-focused support.
* Providing technical assistance and problem-solving skills for the day-to-day operations of Council's ICT systems.
About you
* Completion of Certificate III in IT related discipline.
* Experience providing IT support.
* Experiencing using Microsoft desktop and server operating systems.
* Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical skills.
* Current Victorian Driver Licence.
