Assistant Centre Manager Role

About You:
* A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) or working towards it
* Experience in a leadership or 2IC role within an early learning centre
* Confidence in leading teams, mentoring staff, and maintaining compliance standards
* The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with families, children, and your team
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Centre Manager with daily operations, staffing, and centre leadership
2. Build a positive culture where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn
3. Collaborate with Educators to deliver high-quality programs and practices
4. Nurture and grow a culture of safety, trust, and continuous improvement
5. Foster strong relationships with families and provide updates on their child's care and development
