* Leading and mentoring store managers to develop a strong team culture
* Assisting in the implementation of business plans and maintaining high visual merchandising standards
* Maintaining and exceeding performance targets to deliver exceptional customer service
* Conducting analysis and taking action to grow sales and improve store performance
* Preventing stock or cash losses through investigation and training of employees
* Responding to safety or security concerns at stores in your area

We are looking for candidates with:
* Experience as a multi-site manager in retail with a track record of great performance
* Recruitment and performance management experience
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Outstanding people engagement skills and leadership
* Sound financial acumen and the ability to read and interpret reports
* A full Driver's License
* A National Police Clearance
* Tertiary or Certificate qualifications in a relevant field will be highly regarded
